Challenge / Goal
20% av Western population has pollen allergies and their pollen pains are often related to local allergen vegetation when in season. People have sick leave from work, absence from school, reduced work efficiency and it affects their wellbeing through pollen season. Our commitment is to help people with pollen allergies to better manage their everyday lives, and highlight pollen allergies as a real problem in order to help communities take pollen allergic citizens seriously.
Solution
Knowing when and in what areas you are at risk of being exposed to high pollen levels can help you better protect yourself in everyday life, and engage communities in pollen risk awareness. By delivering local pollen risk forecasts presented on high resolution risk maps people and communities have a social sustainable citizen service.
