In addition to trying to understand the primary need to understand how this type of infrastructure influences and impacts the medium and low voltage (MV and LV) grid at any given time and place, as is the case with other increasingly widespread elements, such as renewable generation systems and distributed and coordinated energy storage in the form of microgrids.
