Challenge / Goal
The main objective is to improve the user's experience on public transport by offering more fluid, contextual and real-time information, in addition to being able to plan the journey through applications such as the "trip planner", Geotren, see the status of elevators, escalators and real-time information on service incidents.
Solution
The solution includes central servers in the FGC data center, includes workstations for system management, and a system of digital kiosks distributed in the main stations of the FGC lines. The solution provides multimodal information, which comes from data from different interfaces that are processed and made available to passengers. The system is integrated with the operator's central systems such as public address, intercom, CCTV, etc.
